Dear Mortgage Crisis Remedies,
I would like you to know how much I appreciated you and your organization's work on my behalf in stopping the lender foreclosure of our home, despite the fact that you only had about three days to accomplish the matter. The sale was put on hold for 30 days, giving us time to commence short sale procedures with our lender. I also would like to thank you for your follow through afterwards, including following the foreclosure schedules to be surethat the lender did not put the home back on the auction block without ourknowledge. You have conducted yourself in a most professional manner and I am totally satisfied with your work to date. Thanks again.
Sincerely, Robert H.
Honest Referral from Someone who has asked the same questions you're now asking.....
I am providing this letter of recommendation, so that I can in some way help others who are losing their home.
My name is Rebecca Owens and I was in deep trouble when I called and talked to Shaun Smith with Mortgage Crisis Remedies. I am taking care of my 83 year old Mother and didn't know where to turn. I was renting a home from an owner who was not paying the mortgage company or HOA Fees. I started receiving information that the house was going into foreclosure and did not know what to do. My family and I would be tossed out on the street by the bank and we would have no where to go.
I called Shaun and we talked for a very long time. He explained to me how he and his company and their team of experts would take legal steps to protect my family. I was scared, doubtful and hesitant, but I took the leap of faith and trusted him and boy am I glad I did. The fees his company charges is well worth every penny. Their fee even includes all the court filing fees so you don't have to pay any additional charges. It's a once a month fee and that's it. And more importantly, you don't have to pay any rent or mortgage payments anymore.
Shaun was there for me every step of the way and continuously eased my worries and gave me and my family hope. I promise you that you won't regret hiring Shaun as your personal counselor. He is honest, understanding and compassionate. I know it's hard to trust anyone these days, but I promise you can trust Shaun and his company. They will go to bat for you and protect you from losing your home.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Owens

To whom it may concern:
This letter is late incoming, but I didn't want it to go unnoticed the help I received from Shaun Smith.
My home was going into a Trustee Sale on November 4th, 2010 and I was literally panicked. I had been going through a mortgage mitigation company to obtain a modification. When I called, the only advise they could give me was to list my home for a quick sale. I come from a mortgage lending background and I knew that if I listed my home that it would kill any chances of a loan modification. After speaking with the real estate agent, he referred me to Shaun Smith.
Though, he was out of state, he took my calls and listened to my dilemma. Shaun suggested that his company help with delaying the Trustee sale quickly and would speak with the Trustee company. I had already paid a hefty amount to another company and did not have the funds to start over again. By the way, the other company charged me way more for the services than what Shaun's company would have. Shaun did not stop helping me just because I couldn't go through his company, he stayed in touch with me for a few days till he remembered someone he could refer me to and who could possibly help. Bottom line is that Shaun Smith went out of his way to try and find a solution. I did get a temporary solution and the sale has been delayed. I am currently still trying to get my modification approved and thanks to Shaun I got a little more time to do it.
Sincerely,

Chris & Shaun,
I have not had a chance to thank either of you for your roles in helping us effectuate our short sale last month with Wells Fargo on our home in Laguna Beach. It was one hell of a game of chicken with the bank, but we got it done, with huge thanks to you.
A very good friend of mine, Stone James (cc'd), and I were speaking today and he is in a tough spot with his house in La Quinta, CA. His situation is not the same as ours, but it appears to be getting to crunch time. He's fought the good fight himself thus far (with no significant help from his agent in my opinion) but I think he needs some help at this point to see what his options are now.
Stone and Shaun were the ones who got our Trustee's Sale postponed at the last second allowing us time to get the short sale finalized. I don't know how exactly they did it (trade secrets 'n all), but suffice it to say the banks and trustees are sufficiently screwed up logistically and Shaun knows how to exploit that to his client's benefit because of his experience working for a trustee!
Best, Tom
